Data Choices and Deletion
Arrow Flow does not require a player account. These instructions explain how to remove local game data and how to request help with information associated with Firebase, advertising services, or RevenueCat purchase entitlement management.
Delete local game data
Arrow Flow stores gameplay progress and preferences primarily in the app’s local container. This can include stars, unlocked levels, score, streaks, achievements, settings, the current level, saved unfinished gameplay state, and a locally cached Remove Ads entitlement flag.
Deleting Arrow Flow from the device removes the app’s local container. Apple device or iCloud backups may be controlled separately through your Apple account and device settings.
Advertising and consent choices
If “Ad Privacy Choices” is available in Arrow Flow Settings, use it to review or update privacy choices supplied through Google User Messaging Platform. App Tracking Transparency permission is managed through iOS Settings.
Deleting the app does not necessarily erase information that an advertising provider is required or permitted to retain under its own privacy terms, security controls, fraud-prevention requirements, or applicable law.
Firebase-associated information
Firebase services may use installation or app-instance identifiers to associate analytics, diagnostics, configuration, or service data with a particular app installation. Because Arrow Flow does not maintain a player account and does not ask for a name or email address as part of gameplay, it may be difficult or impossible to identify a specific historical Firebase installation after the app is deleted.
RevenueCat and purchase information
RevenueCat may maintain an anonymous app-user identifier and purchase or entitlement records needed to verify and restore the Remove Ads purchase. Apple separately maintains App Store transaction and purchase history. We cannot directly erase records controlled exclusively by Apple.
Request privacy or deletion assistance
Email devnavadiya25@gmail.com with the subject “Arrow Flow Data Request.” Include only the information reasonably needed to explain your request. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
We may ask for reasonable information to verify and process the request while avoiding unnecessary collection. We will explain what information we can identify, access, correct, or delete based on the data available to us and the controls provided by the relevant service provider.
Retention and legal requirements
Some information may need to be retained for security, fraud prevention, purchase restoration, accounting, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or other legitimate purposes. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and the retention controls of Apple, Google/Firebase, Google AdMob, Unity Ads, RevenueCat, and other applicable providers.
