Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: August 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Arrow Flow handles information when you use the iOS app or visit this website.

Summary

Arrow Flow does not require you to create an account. Game progress is primarily stored on your device. The app uses third-party services for analytics, crash diagnostics, remote configuration, advertising, consent management, and in-app purchase entitlement management.

Information stored on your device

Arrow Flow stores gameplay and preference information locally using Apple-provided storage. This may include completed levels, stars, unlocked levels, score, streak information, settings, claimed achievements, the currently active level, and a saved unfinished gameplay state so you can continue a level later.

The app may also cache whether a Remove Ads purchase has already been confirmed so a temporary network problem does not unnecessarily re-enable automatic ads.

Firebase analytics, diagnostics, and configuration

Arrow Flow uses Google Firebase services including Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, Installations, and related Firebase infrastructure to operate and improve the app.

Depending on the service and your device settings, Firebase may process information such as:

  • Gameplay and product interactions, including screen views, level starts and results, move counts, hints, retries, settings changes, ad-related events, and achievement activity.
  • App and device information such as app version, bundle identifier, device model, operating system version, language, country or region, and time zone.
  • Firebase installation or app-instance identifiers used by Firebase services to distinguish app installations.
  • Crash reports, stack traces, diagnostic breadcrumbs, and relevant app/device state used to investigate stability problems.
  • Remote configuration request information used to deliver operational settings such as feature controls, ad settings, and current legal/support links.

We use this information for app functionality, stability, diagnostics, product improvement, analytics, and configuration management.

Advertising, consent, and App Tracking Transparency

Arrow Flow uses Google AdMob to serve ads. Ad formats may include banner ads, app-open ads, interstitial ads at appropriate gameplay breaks, and rewarded ads that you choose to watch for an optional in-game benefit.

Google Mobile Ads may process information such as IP address, device or app identifiers, advertising data, ad impressions and interactions, performance information, diagnostics, and approximate location inferred from network information for purposes including ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, analytics, and—where permitted—personalization.

The app also includes Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain or manage privacy choices where required. In supported regions, the Settings screen may provide an “Ad Privacy Choices” entry point.

On iOS, Arrow Flow may request Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission. If you deny tracking permission, ads may still be requested, but access to Apple’s advertising identifier is restricted by iOS. Your ATT choice can be managed through iOS Settings.

Some AdMob placements may use third-party mediation, including Unity Ads. A mediated advertising provider may receive information necessary to request, display, measure, secure, and improve an ad in accordance with that provider’s privacy terms and the consent signals available to the app.

Remove Ads purchase and RevenueCat

Arrow Flow offers an optional lifetime Remove Ads purchase through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Apple processes the payment. Arrow Flow uses RevenueCat to load the offer, verify purchase status, manage the entitlement, and support purchase restoration.

The app does not create a custom Arrow Flow account for RevenueCat. RevenueCat may create an anonymous app-user identifier and process purchase and entitlement information needed to provide these functions. Arrow Flow does not receive your full payment-card details from Apple or RevenueCat.

Website data

This website is served using Firebase Hosting. Hosting infrastructure may process request information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security-related data to deliver the site and protect the service. The hosted legal/support pages do not intentionally include third-party advertising scripts.

Service providers

We rely on service providers that may process information on our behalf or as independent providers under their own terms. These include Google/Firebase, Google AdMob and UMP, Unity Ads when used through mediation, RevenueCat for purchase entitlement management, and Apple for App Store distribution, in-app purchases, device privacy controls, and related platform services.

You can learn more through Firebase Privacy and Security, Google advertising technologies, Google’s Privacy Policy, RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy, and the privacy information made available by Apple and Unity.

Retention

Local game progress remains on your device until it is removed, reset, or the app is deleted. Third-party services retain information according to their own product settings, retention periods, contractual obligations, and legal requirements. Purchase records may also be retained where necessary to verify or restore a purchase, prevent fraud, maintain financial records, or comply with law.

Your choices and deletion

  • Delete Arrow Flow to remove the app’s local container from the device, subject to any separate Apple device backups.
  • Use Apple’s iOS privacy settings to manage App Tracking Transparency permission.
  • Use “Ad Privacy Choices” in Arrow Flow Settings when that option is required and available.
  • Use Restore Purchase in the app when you need to restore an eligible Remove Ads purchase.
  • For privacy or deletion assistance, follow our Data Choices and Deletion page or contact us.

Children

Arrow Flow is a general-audience puzzle game. We do not intentionally ask users to submit names, email addresses, contacts, photos, precise location, or other personal content as part of gameplay. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, contact us so we can review the request.

International processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their privacy terms describe the safeguards they apply to international processing and transfers where required.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, its service providers, or legal requirements change. The “last updated” date above identifies the current version.
